Company Responses to On Thin Ice

Chemours, and I.B. Storey Inc. did not respond, prior to publication, to EIA’s requests for comment about the evidence presented in this report. The NHL responded that it “will not comment” on the report before it was released and in correspondence to EIA after the release of the report, the NHL did not refute its paid partnership with Chemours.
